The Beverly Hills home of actress Shirley Jones and her husband, producer Marty Ingels, was recently sold for $2.5 million. Jones, famous for playing the sympathetic rock 'n' roll mom in the 1970s TV hit "The Partridge Family," owned the two-story, Cape Cod style house since the mid-1960s. Neighbors include Billy Bob Thornton and Peter Falk.

A pre-sale renovation produced an enlarged kitchen, plus two new family rooms and a guesthouse. The 7,100-square-foot house has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, marble floors, a pool and three fireplaces.
